The ICT program provided critical pre and post-release mentoring, employment, and transitional services to incarcerated individuals designed to begin as early as 6 months before release. It served those at high risk for returning to prison. We worked with male and female participants from the ages of 16 to 24 years old.

This program helped participants develop skills through education, community resource linkage, promoted accountability & greatly reduced the desire to re-offend. ICT has serviced over 300 families.
