Our Impact

Since our founding, Roll Call has made a meaningful difference in the lives of thousands of individuals and families across Chicago and beyond. Through mentorship, job readiness training, employment opportunities, life skills development, and community-based services, we help participants build stronger futures and break cycles of incarceration and poverty. By focusing on both reentry and prevention, we reduce recidivism, strengthen families, and contribute to safer, more resilient communities.

Key Highlights:

  • Served over 1,000 individuals and families in programmatic services
  • Helped 300 people prepare for employment through training and mentorship
  • Assisted 210 individuals in securing gainful employment
  • Provided housing resources to 45 families
  • 100% Participants linked to mentors
  • 85% Participants reached at least one individual goal
  • Advocated for 305 court-involved youth, attending court, and/or connecting them to positive alternatives and community support
Roll Call is a 501c(3) grassroots organization that emerged from Chicago in 2006 to address unemployment, family alienation, and the various issues that offenders face in reentering the community when released from prison.
