Rising to the role of Executive Director at Roll Call, Ms. Linda Weatherspoon has dedicated many years leading teams, managing operations, and coordinating events that support justice-involved emerging adults and youth, as well as youth at risk. For nearly two decades, she served as Associate Director of Operations alongside Roll Call’s former Executive Director until his passing—an experience that deepened her commitment to the organization’s mission and prepared her for the leadership role she holds today.
Her work in reentry services focuses on fostering family involvement, entrepreneurship programming, workforce development, and violence prevention. Through active participation in focus groups and community advisory committees, Ms. Weatherspoon has leveraged her lived experiences to build meaningful connections and lasting relationships.
Ms. Weatherspoon is passionate about creating positive change in under-served communities, backed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services with a focus on Justice Reform Studies. She holds certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, Research Ethics, Interdisciplinary Research, Grant Writing, and Addiction Awareness. As an AmeriCorps alum, Ms. Weatherspoon remains committed to service, continuous learning, and embracing new challenges to drive meaningful impact.
